Ricky D. Wilson, Jr., 29, of Hametown Road in Doylestown, appeared in Judge Kimbler's court on Tuesday, August 7, and entered a change of plea to one count of Receiving Stolen Property. Since the property was a motor vehicle, the offense was a fourth degree felony. Both the State of Ohio and Mr. Wilson recommended that Judge Kimbler impose an eight month prison sentence. Judge Kimbler took the change of plea, found Mr. Wilson guilty, and imposed an eight month prison sentence. Judge Kimbler gave Mr. Wilson credit for the 84 days he had served in the Medina County Jail since he was arrested. ![]()
